Aluminum Billet

Aluminum billet is a product obtained by processing aluminum in a special way. It has an elongated and cylindrical shape, usually with a round or square cross-section. Billets are used as basic raw materials in the production of aluminum parts used in various industries.

Billets are then shaped by various processes and turned into final products. For example, using methods such as rolling, forging, extrusion and CNC machining, billets are cut, bent, punched or machined into various shapes. As a result of these processes, aluminum parts can be obtained in different forms such as profiles, pipes, bars, plates, coatings.

Aluminum billets are obtained by melting aluminum first, adding alloys and shaping it appropriately. This process ensures that the aluminum has the desired properties and dimensions. They are usually produced by a casting or extrusion process performed at high temperatures and in special presses.
